What is the custom software making process ( SDLF - software development life cycle )?

You can modify your website yourself as we will note each part of code in your page. We also provide service in modifying and updating web pages on contract basis.

This depends on the installed system and its hardware. Captured video is recorded on a computers hard drive. Depending on the size of the hard drive, you can store video for weeks, even months.

Is audio recorded?

Most cameras are able to capture audio as well. Depending on the system you choose, it will be possible to record audio.

Can I view my home, office, or store remotely?

Yes. We can install high-tech internet surveillance systems that will enable you to view your office, home, or store from anywhere in the world with internet access.

Data Recovery

My hard disk drive is inaccessible and is making a ticking and/or grinding noise?

This is a common problem with damaged discs and data loss occurs. There are many problems that could have occured causing this scenario. It is important that the hard drive or the computer is turned off to prevent further damage and data loss. We will analyse your drive and will let you know if your data is recoverable.

How will you return my recovered data and how long will it take to recover?

Depending on the damage of the drive, data will usually be recovered within 5 days and your data is returned to you on either CDs, DVDs, or hard disk.

How long does it take to recover my data?

Usually, data is recovered within 5 days or less. Depending on the damage of your source drive, it mignt take longer or data might not be recoverable. We will analyze your damaged data source and will estimate the cost and time for recovery.
